dl spree
It’s 3:45 am and I am wide awake, listening to The Three EPs by the Beta Band. Such are the perils of retiring early last night. I think I must’ve fallen asleep by 9pm, with my laptop hard at work downloading multiple albums while stationed next to me in bed.
I’ve actually downloaded more than a handful of records last night alone, which apart from The Three EPs, include
- 8 Diagrams by Wu Tang Clan
- Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain by Pavement
- Different Class by Pulp
- Dummy by Portishead
- Rip It Off by Times New Viking
- The Most Serene Republic by Underwater Cinematographer
- The Unauthorized Biography of Reinhold Messner by Ben Folds Five
- Weezer (Blue Album) by Weezer
In theory, this should keep me busy for at least another month. But knowing me, I’d probably shift focus to new stuff by week’s end.
But I also think I need to slowly come to a halt with all this download thing. I think I just heard my iPod begging for mercy from forced gluttony.
