Last night, I sold out and finally bought that iPod touch that I’ve been eyeing for the past several months. I still have that perfectly good iPod that I’ve been carrying for the past year and a half, but when push came to shove, gadget lust won over rationale.

That said, I’m selling my old one off. It’s a white 30GB 5.5 Gen iPod, purchased November of 2006. Still in excellent condition with only minimal scratches. Comes with everything inside the box (earphones, USB cable) for only 6,500 pesos.

I’ve only met D last week, but he’s fast become sort of my pusher. He was the guy that I purchased my very first vinyl from, and after an sms exchange yesterday, I’m in line to purchase 5 more LPs. Plus he’s on the lookout for a couple more that I’ve requested.

I know I need to set my limits but with the deals he has been giving me, it’s simply so hard to say no.

I’ve never heard of Valpolicella before, so I mistakenly thought that it was a grape variety rather than a region in Italy. Anyway, fancying something different last night, I had a glass. And another. And by the time the night was over, I had a good and comfortable buzz.

It was a good night, much thanks to R for putting up with my incessant rants about pretty much the same things. And apologies to L; honestly, we never thought alcohol would be on our agenda last night. But seriously, I still maintain the opinion that you probably wouldn’t have made it in time from Caliraya.
